At Suhag Sarres, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we currently do not offer refunds for any items. Please review our exchange policy for further details.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Sarees can be exchanged for the same amount or higher, provided the original purchase was paid in full.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  2. Process for Exchange:

    • Bring the item you wish to exchange to our store location.
    • Our staff will assist you in selecting a new saree of equal or higher value.
    • Any price difference for items of higher value must be paid in full at the time of the exchange.
  3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Items purchased during our 50% OFF discount sale are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
    • Customized or altered sarees are not eligible for exchange.

In-Store Exchange Only: All exchanges must be made in person at our store location. We do not offer mail-in exchanges.
